Our mission is to bring an engineer’s flair to the already growing craft malt and craft brewery scene. One of the toughest challenges in the local craft malt enterprise is process control, repeatability, and quality. We hope to bring this needed touch to the market, with our combined production and engineering backgrounds while growing the entire support chain community.

 

We will support local farms willing to grow malt quality grains, through quality testing, providing feedback, and helping with solutions to problems that might arise. We will support small maltsters by providing the necessary quality testing, test result feedback, and contract engineering support at rates a small business can afford. We will support breweries by providing quality craft malt that is consistent in proprieties and delivery timing. We will build a community that can grow together, and keep the small business dream alive.
