WE SUPPORT LOCAL
We want to support local and grow small businesses. We work with local farmers to provide them the alternative crop options to grow for malt production. This provides a relief option through an alternative to commodity crops such as corn and soy that rely on a global market and big business pressures.
We test each incoming batch of grain and provide the farm data to the brewery to keep them informed with which farm and family they are supporting in their purchasing of our products. Let’s keep the community connected!
WE VALUE QUALITY
Midwest Malting will quality test all incoming grain to ensure that it is meets our quality specifications before the malting process begins.
Additionally, each batch of produced malt will also be quality tested to ensure it meets spec before leaving our facility.
Every batch sold will come with a certificate of analysis that directly corresponds to the batch shipped. We feel that sharing general malt analysis numbers is not enough when it comes to customer risk, which is why every batch we make will be tested, not for us, for you.
